Shipping Policy

LegForm supports reasonable return and refund services to protect customers’ legitimate shopping rights. Please read the following policy carefully before applying for returns.

1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit

Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods. Applicable scenarios include product quality problems, wrong items, size mismatch, or unsatisfactory purchase (unused products only).

2. Return Conditions

The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged with original tags, labels, and complete original packaging.
No artificial damage, stains, wear, or private modification is allowed.
Discounted final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there are quality defects.

3. Return Process

Contact our customer service via email to submit a return application, provide order number and product photos, and wait for official approval. After approval, send back the goods according to the designated return address. We will inspect the returned items within 3–5 business days after receiving the package.

4. Refund Rules

After the returned product passes inspection, we will initiate a full or partial refund to your original payment account. The refund arrival time depends on the payment channel processing cycle, usually within 7–15 business days.

5. Shipping Cost for Returns

Returns due to product quality problems or our shipping errors will be covered by our store. Returns due to personal reasons (size mismatch, style dislike) shall be borne by the customer.
